I know I’m touting that I’m the “fashionista” farmwife and I promise more fashion blogs are on the way, but working out is a key factor to feeling good in the clothes I wear so I also blog about my fitness struggles and gains.
Not all workouts are created equally. How do I rate my workouts? The amount of sweat dripping off my body when I’m done. I have to admit that I hate sweat so I’ve had to teach myself to love sweating and you should too. I have almost made it through another 30 days of the Tracy Anderson Method actually doing the full hour 6 days a week! I’ve got to say some of her moves are challenging!
I was struggling again this morning to not sleep in like I wanted but of course my workout partner pumped me up. I’m to that point where my measurements aren’t budging so I’ve got to push through giving up to see my next gains.
